Access Level
Refined and controlled access over documents can be achieved with Sign.co. You can decide who can access your documents. This can be accessed from the Settings page of Sign.co.
- You can configure the access to be either All or Employee. When the access is set as All, every user can access all the documents.
- If the access is set as Employee, only the concerned user can access the employee.
- In spite of setting access to Employees, there might be a requirement to provide complete access to a particular employee. To achieve this, Sign.co has introduced the Exceptions list.
- Enable the exception toggle and select the (+) icon to add the employees to the list.
