From the Billing History table, you can have an eye over the transactions made by you to Sign.co.

Sign.co believes in transparency. With this table, you can check your Plan details, Billed date, Renewal Date, Amount, and Upgrade Status.

Additionally, you can also have a Receipt of the payments made for Taxation and Offline purposes.
